Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars.
All transactions on our website are processed by Paypal.  It is one of the world’s most secure online payment solutions.  No credit card or debit card details are held by Jewelry Olga.

Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to make a make a payment on our website.Jewelry Olga must receive full payment for an order before it can be accepted.


Custom duties and taxes

Please note that our customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes imposed by local governments.  Upon arrival of the order, these fees should be paid in order to release it from the customs.  Jewelry Olga is unable to provide you with the information about the custom fees.  We recommend you to inquire a local post service regarding this.


Shipping

Jewelry Olga offers FREE SHIPPING for regular shipping to Canada and to the US (except for US Protectorates and Territories).

Depending on your delivery address, different couriers may be used.  You will receive an email specifying the details of shipment.  The order will be delivered within 5-10 business days.  For express shipping, please contact us.

For international orders, please contact us.   International shipping fees may vary depending on the weight of the package and the delivery address.

Jewelry Olga does not ship to post office boxes (PO BOXES).

Jewelry Olga strives to deliver your order within the time-frame and utilizes all reasonable means to do this.  However, this is the general guidance only and we cannot be held liable for late order delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customization

Jewelry Olga creates elegant and beautiful pieces each of which is unique.  As we are always willing to please our customers, we may customize a piece of jewelry that you would like to purchase.   Such customization may include change of the necklace or bracelet length, a custom selection of pearls, gemstones or metal parts etc.  Please note that all custom made items are final sale. Please feel free to contact us for further information.

Please allow up to 5 additional business days for custom-made jewelry pieces.

Packaging

All orders are provided with a nice gift packaging including a fancy white bag and Elite turquoise tissue paper.

Necklaces are packed in a leatherette silvery colored folder.  Necklaces valued at $800 or more, are sent in a luxurious genuine hardwood gift box (Jewelry Olga’s Majestic Packaging).

All packages are carefully insulated before being shipped to protect your package.


Order processing and tracking

Order processing time includes selection, handling, packaging, and shipping of the item.  It takes up to 2 business days.

Once you order has been processed and your payment is cleared, you will receive an email.  Then, after we have sent your order, you will receive an email with the courier details and a tracking number.


Order Cancellations

Jewelry Olga accepts order cancellations within 24 hours from the moment that the initial order is placed. Should you decide to cancel your order after this 24 hour period, please contact us immediately.

All orders shipped by Jewelry Olga over $200 value will require a signature upon delivery.  Every package is insured for the security of your order.

We do not use generic photographs.  We take a picture of each individual item.  All photos and texts are copyright of Jewelry Olga unless otherwise stated.

Before making a purchase, please read attentively the description of a jewelry item.  We give a very detailed description; if you have questions regarding the item characteristics, please contact us.

Goods remain the property of Jewelry Olga until properly and fully paid for.


Privacy

Jewelry Olga does not store, process, or distribute any information about its customers except where it is necessary for order processing.

Return & Exchange Policy

Jewelry Olga is proud of beautiful high-quality jewelry that we create.  We hope that you enjoy your purchase.   However, there might be a situation when you would like to return or to exchange the piece of jewelry that you have purchased at Jewelry Olga.  We are happy to help you in this unlikely event.

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase this pearl jewelry may be returned or replaced by a different one of the equivalent value within 15 days.
  • If you wish to return or replace the order, please contact us by email info@pearljewelryexpert.com or call us at 514-884-4980
  • Please ship the item out within 15 days from the day of its receipt.
  • The item should be in its original condition and its original packaging upon
  • Jewelry that has been worn or damaged cannot be returned nor exchanged
  • Customized pieces cannot be returned.
  • For health reasons, we cannot accept return of pierced earrings.
  • We have to charge you a 15% restocking fee (it includes shipping, handling and insurance charges)
  • You are responsible for all return shipping charges
  • You are responsible for the postal insurance
  • Please ship the returned item by a registered mail that can be tracked.

  • Jewelry Olga is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Please include in the package a copy of the invoice/sales receipt. As well, you should specify the reason of the return.
  • Please retain the proof of mailing as well as the tracking number until the refund has been processed
  • Please do not write “jewelry”, “Jewelry Olga”, “pearls” or any-luxury related words anywhere on the package, as it may invite theft.
  • For returns coming outside of Canada, please mark a package as a “return” on the custom form.
  • Exchanges must be off set with a new order that exceeds the dollar amount of the exchange.
  • We will send you an email confirmation once we receive the returned item; then, you should expect the funds return processed within a week.
  • The refund will be processed and performed by your original payment method as soon as possible, within 1 week of the return received and inspected.
  • Please note that all cultured pearls will have some degree of blemishes or flaws depending on their quality. These are not defects; they are completely normal.
